Fashion Design & Creative Direction by Mahsa Shadafarin & Romina Salejegheh
The Decayed Muse explores beauty in a state of transformation—where elegance, fragility, and decay coexist. Through sculptural silhouettes, sheer fabrics, and deep red tones, the editorial reimagines the muse not as flawless, but as marked by time, emotion, and survival.
Developed as a fashion editorial in Vancouver, the project brings together original garment design, styling, and visual direction to create a gothic-romantic narrative shaped by the tension between softness and power.
